⚠️ Safety & Contraindications

Contraindicated in patients with iron overload disorders (hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis).
Use with caution in patients on thyroid medication (due to iodine content).
GI discomfort (nausea, constipation) may occur.
Caution with anticoagulant therapy (ginkgo may potentiate bleeding risk).
Keep out of reach of children; accidental iron overdose is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6.
